| The band was successfully sued by the Beach Boys due to the similarity of the album name to their hit "Little Deuce Coupe." The album mostly contained songs penned by Chuckles Berry, professional clown and cousin of rock and roll legend Chuck Berry.
While critically acclaimed, the record did not sell well. The band blamed the album's poor performance on the declining ratings of nostalgia TV show Happy Days where the arrival of Ted McGinley signaled, much like it later would on Married, With Children, the end of the show's creative life and the self-destruction of spinoff, Joanie Loves Chachi.
Oddly, no mention was made of the more successful spinoffs, Mork and Mindy, and Laverne and Shirley, although Cyborg was once spotted on Sunset Blvd. wearing rainbow suspenders and sporting a jacket with "The Big Ragu" embroidered on the back.
